Human Resources policy in order to set up social enterprises

We are working to set up entities completely focused in the client’s success. Reason why we pay special attention to the balance between financial and social practice, and to the clients’ needs, results and preferences.

In order to achieve our mission, we need to work with responsible professionals. They must have motivation and be committed to the development of our clients. And they must also want to contribute to the improvement in our clients’ living conditions through Productive Finance. In practice this means selection and remuneration policies, and also the culture that characterizes our group entities.

A common culture to achieve our mission

We are trying to promote among our 7,000 co-workers the same culture that can allow us to achieve our mission - promoting the sustainable and inclusive social and economic development of the most disadvantage people — thanks to Productive Finance —.

Our intention is to create a different and unique “personal nature” based on seven key values.

Selection and development according to our values

This «personal nature» must be examined in three different dimensions: thinking, feeling and relation. These three dimensions are everyday evident with our partners and clients by means of nine competences that help us to evolve, to be better professionals and to grow within our own organisation.

Seven values

We put this model into practice when it comes to select our teams. We look for people with a double profile: they must be experts on the microfinance business and committed to our clients’ success. They need to have a strong vocation for this service in order to pay attention and respond to our clients’ needs. Recruitment is always done under a code of ethics which consists of seven parameters concerning equality of opportunities, methodological rigour, recognition and ability, as well as confidentiality and transparency.
