Award for the Amigotchi, app, an innovative Human Resources program

BBVA Microfinance Foundation’s team management program “Amigotchi: Simón” received an Honorable Mention in the Innovation category of the Capital Humano magazine awards.  This is BBVAMF’s original and interactive program for training middle managers to develop high performance teams.

In this innovative app, a virtual character called “Simón” sets challenges and scenarios for the professionals, who acquire skills as they overcome them; skills that equip them for their daily jobs in BBVAMF institutions, where they support vulnerable entrepreneurs.

Publishers Wolters Kluwer awarded these prizes in recognition of institutions that are active in innovation, digital transformation and business coaching. The jury is made up of representatives from Spain’s ten largest business schools.
