Fondo Esperanza (the Hope Fund) and the Instituto Profesional de la Universidad Andrés Bello, AIEP, signed this afternoon an agreement for the development of mutual collaboration projects. The event was held in the offices of the educational institution and attended, among others, by Juan Cristóbal Romero, general manager of Fondo Esperanza, and AIEP director Fernando Martínez.

The agreement establishes, first, that Fondo Esperanza (FE) will offer AIEP students professional training in the institute; the possibility to apply to work positions created in the various offices of FE throughout the country, and to participate in FE professional conference programs to promote the institution among students. For its part, AIEP will make its installations available to FE so seminars or other types of events can be held.

Matías Escabini, director of the Social Development School of AIEP expressed his satisfaction about the signing of the contract. “Both institutions have very similar missions, we want to contribute to the development of the country. This is an opportunity that will generate value and employability for our students. We feel certain that the progress of our graduates will be a great contribution.”

The managing director of Fondo Esperanza, Juan Cristóbal Romero, holds a similar view; he assured that this agreement is a great opportunity to strengthen the growth of both institutions and, naturally, of entrepreneurship itself. “This alliance is a tremendous step forward for us, we want to reach 80,000 entrepreneurs and the work of social workers is very important in this process, hence the importance of this collaboration agreement,” he concluded.
