With the aim of stimulating Productive Finance and financial inclusion, Banco Adopem sets out for its Credit Route along Santo Domingo and the interior regions of the Dominican Republic.

The entity seeks to advance the development of vulnerable entrepreneurs through integrated mentoring which includes continuous skills training, education and financial services.  All these incentives would be adapted to the capacities and needs of each sector where the entrepreneurs operate. This Route also promotes savings in the National District, La Romana, Higüey, Mao, Moca and La Vega among other provinces.

Banco Adopem currently serves almost 400,000 people; almost 90% of them are vulnerable. The BBVA Microfinance Foundation reflects the progress of these entrepreneurs in its Social Performance Report, recently presented in the Dominican Republic.
