Bancamía has launched its new corporate website to enhance communication between the bank’s customers and users. This useful tool will enable users to find clear information on the products and services the bank offers to low-income entrepreneurs in Colombia.
The new website www.bancamia.com.co includes information on financial literacy, news of interest about the bank, customer histories, sales campaigns and instructions on how to find the service points and cities where the bank is present (branch offices and banking correspondents). It also has a space where customers can add their requests, complaints, claims or congratulations.
This new corporate tool will allow low-income families from rural areas and disadvantaged entrepreneurs to make use of the financial system more easily and conveniently.
