Edufin Summit is the global forum organized by BBVA’s Centro para la Educacion y Capacidades Financieras (Center for Education and Financial Capability) which annually gathers main international experts in the field of financial education to tackle its importance in people’s well-being. Digital transformation and financial health will be addressed in this year’s edition.

Fabián Goldberg, head of Microfinance Campus and Culture in BBVA Microfinance Foundation (FMBBVA), joins the panel “Small Big Stories: screens that create opportunities”, on July 11th. He will talk about ‘Héroes’, the Foundation’s innovative tool for training its 8.000 employees, which inventively allows users to get a first-hand experience regarding its mission, so they can deliver more added value to the client. BBVAMF’s Microfinance Campus uses gamification and technology to design training programs which have now become sector references. ‘Héroes’ has been twice awarded since its launching at the beginning of 2019.
