Bancamía extends its collection network by over 8,000 points all over the country by means of banking correspondents

  • Through the brand MovilRed, Bancamía’s more than 726,000 customers can now settle their financial obligations at a point very near their workplace or home.
  •  The Bank’s customers will be able to access service via banking correspondents in 642 municipalities in the country’s 32 departments.

As part of its goal of delivering financial products and services in an agile, safe and straightforward way to low-income entrepreneurs, Bancamía continues to extend its customer service channels in order to be more accessible to its customers and offer them even greater convenience in their dealings with the Bank. Thanks to an agreement signed with the transaction service provider Tranza S.A.S. through its brand MovilRed and under the banking correspondence model, it has now extended its number of collection points to 8,090.

The Bank’s more than 726,000 customers can now settle their financial obligations at MovilRed points located in 642 municipalities in the country’s 32 departments, as well as with the 51 banking correspondents in Bancamía’s own network, and in its 187 branch offices.

With this union the Bank’s customers will reduce their displacement time and costs, they can make use of service points near their place of residence or business and they will benefit from a greater capacity to operate with their products at no cost.

Customers will find a list of the thousands of MovilRed points and the Servimía banking correspondents they can access on the Bank’s website.
