SPTF meeting on financial inclusion and technology

The annual Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) meeting focuses this year on regulations to promote financial inclusion, the analysis of social performance data outcomes and how technology can help increase productivity in Latin America. Institutions from around the world will attend the event, which will showcase international best practices.

On June 8th, Verónica Robles, Fondo de Esperanza’s Development & Services manager, will take part in a panel on “Measuring and using client outcomes data”, representing her institution and the BBVAMF Group.

SPTF is a worldwide non-profit organisation that brings together over 3,000 institutions in the development sector that promote quality standards and good social practices.
