The Public Policies Index for MSMEs in Latin America & the Caribbean (IPPALC in the Spanish acronym) is a program that has been rolled out in the Pacific Alliance countries, together with Argentina, Ecuador and Uruguay, through a pilot project developed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation (OECD), the Latin American & Caribbean Economic System (SELA) and the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF).

IPPALC is based on a methodology adapted to each country’s characteristics, which diagnoses, assesses and recommends improvements in public policies for MSMEs.

Senior national and regional authorities will take part in the presentation of the IPPALC results in Lima on April 25. This meeting will be used to build a joint working agenda for adopting policies and reforms.

The Foundation will be represented at this presentation by Mavilo Calero, from Financiera Confianza.
