The Trust for the Americas (an affiliate of the OAS, Organization of American States), Republic of Panama’s Ministry of Social Development,  Organización de los Estados Americanos), el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la República de Panamá, Permanent Mission of Colombia to the UN and the BBVA Microfinance Foundation organize the event “Gender-lens Financing & Innovating to End Poverty” as part of the CSW68 held in the United Nations headquarters in New York.

A panel formed by Latin American Ministers will discuss the different policies and initiatives oriented to solve the problems women face in the region. 

Furthermore, high-level experts will talk about how women perceive their financial inclusion and progress being held back because of their technological and digital illiteracy.
