Una brecha que se explica por factores estructurales y sociol\u00f3gicos, tales como el tipo de trabajo que realizan, la reducida presencia en puestos de alta direcci\u00f3n, las ausencias laborales para el cuidado de sus hijos, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto de norma estima que obviando estos factores, la brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres se situar\u00eda cercana al 7% para el mismo puesto de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contiene un mecanismo que garantiza que las mujeres puedan conocer el salario medio de al menos seis hombres que ocupen los mismos puestos en la empresa. La exigencia de proporcionar esta informaci\u00f3n aplicar\u00e1 a todas aquellas empresas con m\u00e1s de 200 empleados.
