En consecuencia, el rol del consejo de administraci\u00f3n es aprobar la misi\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y asegurar que los valores est\u00e1n alineados con la estrategia corporativa y el modelo de negocio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cultura corporativa debe formar parte de todos los niveles y \u00e1reas de la instituci\u00f3n, y de todos los aspectos del negocio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los consejeros deber\u00e1n asegurar que existe una cultura de apertura al mercado y de transparencia, respetando en todo caso a todos sus grupos de inter\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los sistemas de remuneraci\u00f3n deben ser consistentes con la misi\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, sus valores, su estrategia y su modelo de negocio, siendo el consejo el \u00faltimo responsable de informar sobre esta materia a los accionistas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El consejo de administraci\u00f3n debe dedicar los recursos suficientes a evaluar la cultura corporativa y analizar si se informa de manera adecuada sobre la misma.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Financial Reporting Council (FRC), \u00f3rgano independiente cuyo objetivo es promover altos est\u00e1ndares de gobierno corporativo y la transparencia de informaci\u00f3n en las instituciones brit\u00e1nicas para favorecer la inversi\u00f3n, ha publicado este documento para analizar qu\u00e9 papel desempe\u00f1a el consejo de administraci\u00f3n en la cultura corporativa.
