Resalta los beneficios de los proyectos de inclusi\u00f3n financiera enfocados en construir capacidad financiera (\u201cfinancial capability\u201d), entendida como la combinaci\u00f3n de conocimientos, habilidades, actitud y comportamiento que una persona necesita para tomar decisiones financieras acertadas y fundadas para mejorar su nivel de vida. El concepto va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la educaci\u00f3n financiera e involucra la actitud y el comportamiento de las personas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para elaborar el informe se han analizado proyectos de capacidad financiera en todo el mundo, en particular en M\u00e9xico y la India, que resultan de inter\u00e9s para tres colectivos, fundamentalmente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proveedores de servicios financieros, porque una clientela capaz financieramente, mejora las perspectivas de crecimiento, reduce el riesgo y mejora el uso de productos,<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gobiernos, porque se promueve un sistema financiero estable y seguridad, y<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumidores financieros, porque el conocimiento produce confianza, seguridad y estimula el uso de productos financieros.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El documento recomienda 6 pr\u00e1cticas favorables para construir capacidad financiera:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Involucrar a todo tipo de proveedores de servicios financieros, no s\u00f3lo bancos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Reforzar el apoyo de los gobiernos a los consumidores, proveedores de servicios y otros grupos de inter\u00e9s;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atraer a agencias del tercer sector que trabajen con la base de la pir\u00e1mide;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorporar en los programas de educaci\u00f3n financiera, pr\u00e1cticas que promuevan cambios en el comportamiento financiero;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medir rigurosamente los resultados y el impacto;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promover estrategias de capacidad financiera orientadas al cliente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este documento, elaborado por Center for Financial Inclusion, se enmarca en las recientes teor\u00edas sobre la importancia del \u201ccomportamiento financiero\u201d para la inclusi\u00f3n financiera.
