As\u00ed mismo, configura la Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SUNAT) como la entidad encargada de fiscalizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones dispuestas en la presente Ley.<\/p>\n<p>Esta norma dispone que las imprentas autorizadas por la SUNAT tendr\u00e1n que emitir una tercera copia en todas las facturas comerciales, con el fin de facilitar que las Mipymes puedan\u00a0 transferirlas a terceros a cambio de dinero, de manera m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y sencilla, lo que les permitir\u00e1 acceder al sistema financiero, obteniendo liquidez a corto plazo sin necesidad de endeudarse y a una tasa de descuento m\u00e1s competitiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Ley N\u00ba30308 forma parte del Plan Nacional de Diversificaci\u00f3n Productiva, aprobado por el Gobierno de Per\u00fa en el mes de julio de 2014, cuyo prop\u00f3sito fundamental es mejorar las condiciones de financiamiento de las Mipymes y aumentar su productividad.
