El objetivo es reforzar la flexibilidad laboral, por lo que se incluyen beneficios especiales para el cuidado de menores, la obligaci\u00f3n de ofrecer teletrabajo en determinados casos y medidas para promover el equilibrio entre la vida privada y el trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Ley establece el principio de corresponsabilidad social, que enmarca la \u201cpromoci\u00f3n de la conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida personal, familiar y laboral, especialmente de las personas trabajadoras que ejercen labores de cuidado no remunerado, y el principio de protecci\u00f3n a la maternidad y la paternidad\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, promueve la igualdad de oportunidades y de trato entre las mujeres y los hombres en el entorno laboral en todo lo referido a la conciliaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/revistaprogreso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Simbolo-de-igualdad-de-genero.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-21641 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/revistaprogreso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Simbolo-de-igualdad-de-genero-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Tambi\u00e9n a comienzos del 2024 se modific\u00f3 en Chile el C\u00f3digo del Trabajo en materia de prevenci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n y sanci\u00f3n del acoso laboral, sexual y violencia en el trabajo. La Ley N\u00ba 21643 se\u00f1ala que\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ablas relaciones laborales deber\u00e1n siempre fundarse en un trato libre de violencia, compatible con la dignidad de la persona y con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero\u201d, de modo que los empleadores deben adoptar las medidas necesarias para promover la igualdad y erradicar la discriminaci\u00f3n laboral basada en estos motivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se tipifica la \u201cviolencia en el\u00a0trabajo\u201d como la ejercida por terceros ajenos a la relaci\u00f3n laboral, con ocasi\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios, por parte de clientes, proveedores o usuarios, entre otros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, se modifica el reglamento interno de orden, higiene y seguridad, obligando a que las empresas implementen un protocolo de prevenci\u00f3n del acoso sexual, laboral y violencia en el\u00a0trabajo, detallando su contenido m\u00ednimo; as\u00ed como un procedimiento que considere las medidas de resguardo que se adoptar\u00e1n respecto a los involucrados y las sanciones que se aplicar\u00e1n.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En enero de 2024 entr\u00f3 en vigor en Chile la ley N\u00b0 21.645 que establece nuevas obligaciones a los empleadores en materia de conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida personal, familiar y laboral.
