El Parlamento Europeo aprob\u00f3 la propuesta de Directiva contra el greenwashing<\/em>. El objetivo principal de esta norma es dar la posibilidad a los consumidores de decidir informadamente sobre la compra de productos y servicios, regulando las etiquetas verdes<\/strong> y, por consiguiente, limitando su uso en el mercado. <\/span>Se busca conseguir que las declaraciones ecol\u00f3gicas sean fiables, comparables y verificables en toda la UE, proteger a los consumidores del <\/span>\u200bgreenwashing y <\/span><\/i>ayudarlos a tomar decisiones de compra fundamentadas, as\u00ed como establecer unas condiciones de competencia equitativas con respecto al rendimiento medioambiental de los productos.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Obligaciones<\/b><\/p>\n

Destaca que en caso de utilizar etiquetas con t\u00e9rminos como \u201cecol\u00f3gico\u201d, \u201cnatural\u201d, \u201cbiodegradable\u201d, \u201cclim\u00e1ticamente neutro\u201d o \u201ceco\u201d, ser\u00e1 necesario demostrar que efectivamente el producto cumple con dichas caracter\u00edsticas, mediante pruebas detalladas<\/strong>, en caso contrario queda prohibida su utilizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se prev\u00e9 la necesidad de obtener certificaciones otorgadas por autoridades habilitadas en dichas materias.<\/span><\/p>\n
