\/><\/a><\/div><p>Dada la acelerada evoluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y consecuentemente, en el comercio electr\u00f3nico -campo que ha tenido un papel a\u00fan m\u00e1s protagonista a partir de la pandemia causada por el COVID-19-, el pasado 30 de noviembre de 2020 el Gobierno Nacional formul\u00f3 la Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Comercio Electr\u00f3nico, cuyo prop\u00f3sito es impulsar el comercio electr\u00f3nico en Colombia, en las empresas y la ciudadan\u00eda, para aumentar la generaci\u00f3n de valor social y econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de los esfuerzos que ya se han ido realizando, el Gobierno Colombiano observa que existen barreras que a\u00fan no se han podido superar, tales como baja infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica, falta de cobertura en telecomunicaciones en varias regiones del pa\u00eds dadas dificultades de acceso, falta de disponibilidad de herramientas digitales, falta de conocimiento, confianza y cultura frente al comercio electr\u00f3nico, rigidez normativa, falta de talento especializado en la materia, deficiencias en el sector log\u00edstico, aspectos que han dificultado la consecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos trazados por el Estado Colombiano.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la Pol\u00edtica, estas barreras se identifican en: un bajo uso del comercio electr\u00f3nico por las empresas y por los ciudadanos, una baja capacidad de respuesta de los operadores postales y log\u00edsticos, adem\u00e1s de en una rigidez normativa y d\u00e9bil gobernanza al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, con el fin de superar estas barreras, la pol\u00edtica busca impulsar el comercio electr\u00f3nico a partir de planes de acci\u00f3n que ser\u00e1n ejecutados entre el 2021 y 2025, con los cuales se busca obtener los siguientes resultados: 1) aumentar la capacidad t\u00e9cnica del sector empresarial, 2) aumentar la capacidad t\u00e9cnica para el resto de la sociedad, 3) aumentar la eficiencia y participaci\u00f3n de los operadores log\u00edsticos y postales, 4) definir acuerdos institucionales y actualizar el marco normativo para la promoci\u00f3n del comercio
