Resalta que un porcentaje significativo de las compa\u00f1\u00edas (41,61%) todav\u00eda no ha adoptado una pol\u00edtica de diversidad, y de entre las entidades que s\u00ed cuentan con ella, no todas promueven la diversidad de g\u00e9nero estableciendo un objetivo para el g\u00e9nero menos representado, como exige la normativa europea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al respecto, la EBA defiende que las pol\u00edticas de diversidad deber\u00edan promover activamente una composici\u00f3n diversa del \u00f3rgano de administraci\u00f3n y que, al menos aquellas instituciones relevantes que cuenten con un comit\u00e9 de remuneraciones, tendr\u00e1n que incluir medidas para aumentar el n\u00famero de directores del g\u00e9nero menos representado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El documento tambi\u00e9n recopila datos sobre las remuneraciones del \u00f3rgano de administraci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n del g\u00e9nero para establecer si existe en las compa\u00f1\u00edas una brecha salarial, pudi\u00e9ndose observar que en la mayor\u00eda de las instituciones, la remuneraci\u00f3n de los consejeros es
