Se reafirma as\u00ed la relevancia a nivel mundial que, cada vez m\u00e1s, tiene la correlaci\u00f3n entre la diversidad (la mayor proporci\u00f3n de mujeres y la composici\u00f3n \u00e9tnica y cultural m\u00e1s mixta en el liderazgo de grandes empresas) y el rendimiento financiero de la empresa. Entre otras conclusiones, el informe destaca las siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La relaci\u00f3n entre la diversidad y el desempe\u00f1o econ\u00f3mico persiste, desde el primer an\u00e1lisis en 2015<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El rol de la mujer en puestos de liderazgo incrementan la probabilidad de aumentar la rentabilidad de las compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La diversidad debe entenderse en sentido amplio: no se trata solo de g\u00e9nero, sino tambi\u00e9n de etnia y cultura.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El rendimiento se ve \u201cpenalizado\u201d si no hay diversidad ni inclusi\u00f3n en las compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El contexto local es relevante para implementar pr\u00e1cticas y pol\u00edticas que favorezcan la inclusi\u00f3n y la diversidad<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para explicar los resultados obtenidos, el informe se sirve del modelo de negocio de 17 compa\u00f1\u00edas que representan a las principales regiones e industrias.
