Por ello promueve la transparencia salarial como elemento fundamental que beneficia tanto a los empleados como a los empleadores, ya que genera confianza y muestra que las empresas y autoridades fomentan y defienden la igualdad de ingresos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Ley proh\u00edbe todo tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n directa o indirecta por raz\u00f3n de sexo con respecto a todos los componentes de remuneraci\u00f3n y las condiciones de pago. As\u00ed, confiere un derecho individual de informaci\u00f3n para los trabajadores de empresas con 200 o m\u00e1s empleados, que les garantice poder conocer el salario medio de al menos seis compa\u00f1eros del sexo opuesto que ocupen los mismos puestos o realicen actividades comparables en la empresa. Adem\u00e1s, se podr\u00e1 conocer igualmente los criterios y procedimientos utilizados por la empresa para fijar los salarios. De esta manera se trata de facilitar que las personas reclamen judicialmente su derecho a recibir la misma retribuci\u00f3n por el mismo trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n obliga a todas aquellas empresas privadas con m\u00e1s de 500 trabajadores a informar sobre su igualdad salarial y de g\u00e9nero en el informe anual de gesti\u00f3n.
