El marco jur\u00eddico respecto a la actividad emprendedora difiere en los pa\u00edses iberoamericanos. As\u00ed, por un lado, existen pa\u00edses que cuentan con normativa espec\u00edfica como Espa\u00f1a, M\u00e9xico, Paraguay, Colombia, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y Puerto Rico. Otros pa\u00edses, adem\u00e1s, cuentan con proyectos orientados al fomento de la actividad emprendedora y por \u00faltimo, existen pa\u00edses como Chile y M\u00e9xico que no han desarrollado normativa espec\u00edfica alguna, si bien han avanzado en el fomento del emprendimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El informe incorpora asimismo un mapeo de instrumentos que apoyan el emprendimiento en Iberoam\u00e9rica y son puestos a disposici\u00f3n para quienes pretendan crear y hacer crecer sus empresas. Entre estas herramientas no solo se incluyen actividades de car\u00e1cter econ\u00f3mico como l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito, premios o concursos; si no que se contemplan tambi\u00e9n actividades de car\u00e1cter no econ\u00f3mico como programas de formaci\u00f3n, apoyo y asesoramiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El informe finaliza con diversas opiniones y entrevistas de referentes en la materia.
