Por ello, el informe tiene como objetivo lograr que las regiones de Am\u00e9rica Latina y El Caribe superen los obst\u00e1culos y avancen en el empoderamiento econ\u00f3mico de las mujeres, proponiendo seis estrategias clave para alcanzar lo antes se\u00f1alado pero sobre todo evitar el retroceso y afianzar los logros:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reconocer, reducir y redistribuir el trabajo dom\u00e9stico y de cuidados no remunerado;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avanzar en la construcci\u00f3n de sistemas de protecci\u00f3n social universal con enfoque de g\u00e9nero;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear m\u00e1s y mejores empleos y transformar el trabajo en favor de los derechos de las mujeres;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentar relaciones de la familia igualitarias que reconozcan la diversidad de los hogares en la regi\u00f3n y los derechos y deberes de las partes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear las condiciones para el goce efectivo de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos de las mujeres;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contener los efectos adversos de la desaceleraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en la igualdad de g\u00e9nero.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ONU Mujeres en este documento identifica la dificultad de situar dentro de la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, aquellas vinculadas a desarrollar el empoderamiento de la mujer en el marco del proceso de desaceleraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que vive la regi\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina y El Caribe.
