If the two jobs are held by one person, the role of the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lead independent director<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be established, and this lead director should have clearly defined functions and responsibilities;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assessment of board members, led by a non-executive Chair or the lead director;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transparency in disclosing information to the market, especially reporting on the company\u2019s long term goals and strategies;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Succession planning for senior management
