Esta<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.cl\/legislacion\/ProyectosDeLey\/tramitacion.aspx?prmID=11661&amp;prmBOLETIN=11144-07\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ley<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cuyo texto definitivo est\u00e1 pendiente de publicaci\u00f3n, <strong>permitir\u00e1 a Chile ser declarado por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea como pa\u00eds con un nivel adecuado de protecci\u00f3n de datos personales, lo que facilitar\u00e1 la transferencia internacional de datos entre Chile y la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>. Destacar, entre otros, (i) que el incidente haya causado o pueda causar a la entidad pertinente p\u00e9rdidas financieras directas superiores a 500.000 EUR o al 5% de su volumen de negocios total anual en el ejercicio financiero anterior, (ii) que un servicio de computaci\u00f3n en nube est\u00e9 totalmente indisponible durante m\u00e1s de treinta minutos, (iii) que la integridad, confidencialidad o autenticidad de los datos almacenados, transmitidos o tratados en relaci\u00f3n con la prestaci\u00f3n de un servicio de computaci\u00f3n en nube se vean comprometidas como consecuencia de una acci\u00f3n presuntamente malintencionada.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Congreso chileno aprob\u00f3, tras 7 a\u00f1os de tramitaci\u00f3n, el proyecto de la ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales que sigue los est\u00e1ndares establecidos en el Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos de la Uni\u00f3n Europea y crea la Agencia de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos con el objetivo de fiscalizar su cumplimiento y aplicar sanciones.
