El pasado mes de octubre se public\u00f3 la <\/span>Ley para el Fomento de la Inclusi\u00f3n y Participaci\u00f3n de las Mujeres en los Programas para el Emprendimiento, Formaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Empresarial<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de mujeres<\/b><\/p>\n

La ley tiene por objeto disminuir la brecha de g\u00e9nero en el pa\u00eds, al garantizar la obligaci\u00f3n de participaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de mujeres en los proyectos, programas, instrumentos, fondos y recursos dirigidos al fomento del desarrollo empresarial, emprendimiento, innovaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n de las personas; organizados por las entidades del orden nacional y del Sistema Nacional de Competitividad e Innovaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, fomenta la vinculaci\u00f3n de las mujeres a los programas de formaci\u00f3n en carreras STEM (Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda, Ingenier\u00eda y Matem\u00e1ticas) de entidades nacionales, sectores administrativos e instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior, en el marco de su autonom\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fomento desarrollo empresarial<\/b><\/p>\n

La Consejer\u00eda Presidencial para la Equidad de la Mujer, conjuntamente con el Ministerio de Comercio, el SENA, la Direcci\u00f3n de Mujer Rural del Ministerio de Agricultura, iNNpulsa Colombia y el Ministerio de la Informaci\u00f3n y las Comunicaciones; y contando tambi\u00e9n con la participaci\u00f3n de las entidades territoriales y organizaciones no gubernamentales de mujer, ser\u00e1n los organismos encargados de elaborar, en los seis meses siguientes a la expedici\u00f3n de la ley, un documento que trace los principios, objetivos, criterios, procedimientos de diagn\u00f3stico e indicadores de verificaci\u00f3n y seguimiento cualitativo y cuantitativo.<\/p>\n

Dichos principios orientar\u00e1n la identificaci\u00f3n de brechas de g\u00e9nero y las asignaciones del porcentaje m\u00ednimo obligatorio de mujeres a cumplir en cada programa de fomento al desarrollo empresarial, emprendimiento, innovaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n, distribuyendo este porcentaje, bajo criterios de igualdad y equidad, en cada uno de los departamentos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Este documento ser\u00e1 usado por las dem\u00e1s entidades del orden nacional y territorial convocantes para cumplir con la obligaci\u00f3n de definir el porcentaje m\u00ednimo de participaci\u00f3n de mujeres en las particularidades de sus programas y mitigar la brecha identificada en el mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n
