Los <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">resultados esperados del Plan se sintetizan en una matriz y, para cada una de las 9 \u00e1reas y resultados definidos, se presentan las metas esperadas por \u00e1rea y resultado, las actividades que se proponen realizar para alcanzarlas, el nivel de prioridad considerado para cada acci\u00f3n y los indicadores de proceso que servir\u00e1n para medir el avance de las actividades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/revistaprogreso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Simbolo-de-igualdad-de-genero-300x157.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-20992 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/revistaprogreso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Simbolo-de-igualdad-de-genero-300x157.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"157\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/revistaprogreso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Simbolo-de-igualdad-de-genero-300x157.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/revistaprogreso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Simbolo-de-igualdad-de-genero-768x402.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/revistaprogreso\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Simbolo-de-igualdad-de-genero.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Resultados esperados<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se ha mejorado la legislaci\u00f3n nacional en materia de igualdad laboral y su conocimiento por parte del personal del MITRADEL<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los procesos de conciliaci\u00f3n individual y colectiva, atienden de manera m\u00e1s efectiva las violaciones de los derechos laborales de las mujeres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se han reducido significativamente las brechas de desigualdad de g\u00e9nero y \u00e9tnicas\/raciales en el acceso a los programas de empleabilidad y empleo y sus resultados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Los procesos de inspecci\u00f3n verifican y dan seguimiento espec\u00edfico a la vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos laborales de las mujeres, particularmente aquellas que est\u00e1n en condiciones de mayor vulnerabilidad.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">El Instituto Paname\u00f1o de Estudios Laborales (IPEL) promueve activamente la igualdad laboral desde las actividades que realiza.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Los sistemas de planificaci\u00f3n y monitoreo promueven la transversalizaci\u00f3n del enfoque de g\u00e9nero en el quehacer institucional.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">El MITRADEL cuenta con una Direcci\u00f3n de Equidad de G\u00e9nero y Equiparaci\u00f3n de Oportunidades con mandato y funciones claras, y capacidad de asesor\u00eda e incidencia efectiva en el quehacer del Ministerio.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Se han reducido las brechas de desigualdad de g\u00e9nero existentes en la organizaci\u00f3n y se promueve de forma sistem\u00e1tica una cultura de igualdad.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Toda la comunicaci\u00f3n institucional contribuye activamente a promover la igualdad laboral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaoficial.gob.pa\/pdfTemp\/29805_A\/98971.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Plan Institucional de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero 2022-2025<\/b><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Trabajo y Desarrollo Laboral de Panam\u00e1 (MITRADEL) emiti\u00f3 el Plan Institucional de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero 2022-2025.
