No obstante, los criterios podr\u00e1n ser objeto de revisi\u00f3n o ampliaci\u00f3n, ya que gran parte del contenido del Reglamento est\u00e1 pendiente de desarrollo o de aclaraci\u00f3n por parte de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea y la Autoridad Europea de Valores y Mercados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La CNMV hace especial menci\u00f3n a las Instituciones de Inversi\u00f3n Colectiva (IIC), aclarando que aquellas que quieran calificarse como \u201cproducto financiero ASG\u201d solo podr\u00e1n incluir en su denominaci\u00f3n comercial el t\u00e9rmino ASG si al menos el 50% de sus inversiones promueven caracter\u00edsticas medioambientales o sociales. Para comunicaciones comerciales en general, recoge que podr\u00e1n hacer referencia a t\u00e9rminos ASG siempre que el mensaje publicitario est\u00e9 alineado con la informaci\u00f3n del folleto.
