La asesora de Banca Comunal al cargo Pamela Valenzuela nos comenta: \u201cEllos enfrentaron la pandemia y no tuvieron ning\u00fan problema en innovar. Todos siguen con sus negocios activos, y a ellos les han aportado mucho las sesiones de educaci\u00f3n y redes de apoyo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la jefa de Oficina de Fondo Esperanza de Linares, Mar\u00eda Isabel Andrade, comenta lo importante que es para la entidad que se haya creado el primer banco comunal conformado entero por migrantes pocos meses antes de que comenzara la emergencia sanitaria. \u201cLa evoluci\u00f3n de abrirse a nuevos emprendedores, provenientes de otros lugares, ha podido ratificar el compromiso que FE tiene con sus emprendedores. Ellos lo vivieron al pasar esta pandemia, y recibir la flexibilidad de pagos que ofrecimos, los kits de alimentaci\u00f3n e higiene que recibieron las familias m\u00e1s afectadas, y lo r\u00e1pido que nos adaptamos a esta nueva realidad brindando el servicio a trav\u00e9s de la metodolog\u00eda online\u201d, a\u00f1ade.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan ha se\u00f1alado, esperan que este hito sirva como ejemplo para otros: \u201cSomos una comuna con muchos migrantes emprendedores y contamos con la fortuna que desde el municipio haya una Oficina de Migraci\u00f3n, con la que trabajamos cohesionados, preocupados y movilizados por las necesidades de la comunidad extranjera\u201d, concluye Mar\u00eda Isabel.<\/p>\n<p>Para la subgerente zonal Centro Sur de FE, Y\u00e9ssica Campos, este banco comunal es una experiencia inspiradora para la instituci\u00f3n: \u201cNos ha permitido conocer la diversidad cultural de nuevos emprendedores, nutri\u00e9ndonos como instituci\u00f3n y trabajadores. Tener la oportunidad de conocer a los emprendedores migrantes nos ha permitido creer que el emprendedor no tiene fronteras, sino que los une el mismo \u00edmpetu de salir adelante\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En palabras de su asesora, todos los integrantes de \u201cGrandes emprendedores migrantes\u201d han seguido desarrollando sus emprendimientos, mostr\u00e1ndose muy interesados en seguir aprendiendo con las capacitaciones online que se presentaron durante este per\u00edodo. Todo, con un excelente ambiente tanto dentro de las reuniones como fuera de su banco comunal.<\/p>\n<p>Y todo ello en un contexto en el que la pol\u00edtica migratoria se encuentra en proceso de renovaci\u00f3n: el Parlamento chileno est\u00e1 avanzando hacia la aprobaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00e9mica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.migracionenchile.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/5_propuestas_fundamentales_PL_de_Migraci%C3%83%C2%B3n.pdf\">Ley de Migraci\u00f3n y Extranjer\u00eda<\/a> cuya tramitaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 en el 2013. Esta nueva regulaci\u00f3n significar\u00eda la modificaci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acnur.org\/fileadmin\/Documentos\/BDL\/2001\/0130.pdf?file=fileadmin\/Documentos\/BDL\/2001\/0130\">actual pol\u00edtica migratoria<\/a> chilena dise\u00f1ada en los a\u00f1os 70, cuando el pa\u00eds apenas recib\u00eda personas migrantes y que se ha ido actualizando con los a\u00f1os pero sin grandes cambios estructurales.
