\/><\/a><\/div><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este informe de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Inversores brit\u00e1nica (The Investment Association) surge ante las preguntas de los comit\u00e9s de remuneraciones y de los asesores de las empresas cotizadas del pa\u00eds sobre cu\u00e1les eran las expectativas de los accionistas respecto al papel de dichos comit\u00e9s en el reflejo de las remuneraciones ejecutivas ante el impacto del COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El documento muestra que, a pesar de que dicho impacto ser\u00e1 diferente para cada empresa, la mayor\u00eda de los accionistas esperan que los comit\u00e9s consigan un equilibrio entre seguir incentivando el desempe\u00f1o (en un contexto en el que se exige a los equipos gerenciales un mayor liderazgo y resiliencia) y asegurar que las remuneraciones ejecutivas sean proporcionales a las de los accionistas, trabajadores y resto de grupos de inter\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunas de las cuestiones planteadas fueron las siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfUna compa\u00f1\u00eda que haya suspendido o cancelado un dividendo en relaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o fiscal 2019, deber\u00eda considerar ajustar las bonificaciones para dicho ejercicio?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfLos accionistas apoyar\u00edan que las compa\u00f1\u00edas ajusten las condiciones de desempe\u00f1o al impacto que ha tenido en ellas el COVID-19?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de que las compa\u00f1\u00edas ya hayan aprobado planes de
