As\u00ed, tal y como se afirma en el documento, en el escenario internacional actual, la desaceleraci\u00f3n del crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, la creciente desigualdad y la d\u00e9bil respuesta a la emergencia ambiental se han traducido en un fuerte resurgimiento de las tendencias proteccionistas que carecen de una visi\u00f3n que trascienda lo nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Ante este panorama poco alentador, la CEPAL propone implementar acciones vinculadas entre s\u00ed: un est\u00edmulo fiscal coordinado internacionalmente para apoyar los servicios de salud y proteger los empleos, el mantenimiento de las cadenas internacionales de suministro, -particularmente las de medicinas, alimentos y energ\u00eda-; el fortalecimiento de mecanismos para asegurar la liquidez de las empresas, o el aplazamiento del servicio de la deuda externa de pa\u00edses muy endeudados; entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>La conclusi\u00f3n de la publicaci\u00f3n reviste un matiz positivo: aunque la integralidad de la Agenda 2030 est\u00e1 en riesgo, la pandemia de la COVID-19 puede suponer una oportunidad para recordar los beneficios del multilateralismo y fortalecer las acciones hacia el modelo de desarrollo sostenible e inclusivo propugnado por los ODS.
