Flores, CEO of BBVAMF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\">At the <strong>United Nations headquarters in New York<\/strong>, the CEO of the <strong>BBVA Microfinance Foundation<\/strong>, Javier M. Flores, stated that SDGs are &#8220;an excellent roadmap and their achievement requires the cooperation of governments, the private sector, civil society and citizens to ensure we leave a better world\u00a0for future generations&#8221;, during\u00a0the presentation of the new \u00a0SDG Fund report <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sdgfund.org\/universality-and-sdgs\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cUniversality and the SDGs: Business perspective.&#8221;<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\">This report examines some of <strong>the key issues facing companies when incorporating and implementing the sustainable development goals<\/strong> within their organizations and presents some case studies of companies and institutions making up the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sdgfund.org\/es\/grupo-asesor-del-sector-privado-del-fondo-ods\"> Advisory Group for the Private Sector of the SDG Fund<\/a>. Case studies that show how the SDGs can be incorporated into the company&#8217;s activity, as well as the opportunities these sustainable development projects can create.<\/p>\n<p>The methodology applied by the BBVA Microfinance Foundation and its group of microfinance banks,<strong>\u00a0Productive Finance, <\/strong>has been one of the case studies highlighted in the report.
