The slogan of the event \u2013\u201c<em>Todos a Bordo\u201d<\/em> (&#8220;All aboard&#8221;)\u2013 encouraged the employees to continue working as a team to support vulnerable entrepreneurs to rise out of poverty thanks to their small businesses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mercedes Canalda de Beras Goico<\/strong>, executive president, thanked the management teams, employees and collaborators for their everyday work in safeguarding the bank&#8217;s principles and values.<\/p>\n<p>Patricia \u00c1lvarez, marketing manager, highlighted that <strong>Banco ADOPEM has earned the trust of society and had a positive impact thanks to Productive Finance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Awards were presented at the event to employees who had done outstanding work in the first half of the year in the categories of <em>Employee,<\/em> <em>Supervisor<\/em>,<em> Branch Office<\/em>, <em>Branch Office Manager<\/em> and <em>Assistant<\/em>, and over 190 employees were distinguished for their performance.<\/p>\n<p>Those present had the opportunity to hear the talk by <strong>Claudio Gonz\u00e1lez Vega<\/strong>, Chairman of the Trustees of the BBVA Microfinance Foundation, entitled \u201cMicrofinance as knowledge: The Customer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The anniversary event also featured musical performances, dance competitions and raffles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over one thousand employees of Banco ADOPEM and ADOPEM NGO took part in the bank&#8217;s anniversary celebrations.
