{"id":29418,"date":"2020-02-28T10:41:54","date_gmt":"2020-02-28T09:41:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/la-fmbbva-la-ocde\/"},"modified":"2020-03-03T11:22:11","modified_gmt":"2020-03-03T10:22:11","slug":"la-fmbbva-la-ocde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/en\/la-fmbbva-la-ocde\/","title":{"rendered":"BBVAMF in the OECD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oecd.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development<\/a> (OECD) convenes sector experts during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/site\/netfwd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Network of Foundations Working for Development (netFWD) Annual Meeting<\/a> on the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> and 4<sup>th<\/sup> of March. BBVA Microfinance Foundation (BBVAMF) will be represented by Gabriela Gil, Finance manager and controller. Representatives from other foundation members and specialists in philanthropy will discuss the second edition of the OECD Survey on Private Philanthropy for Development and trends on foundations\u2019 contribution to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">United Nations<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sustainable Development Goals<\/a> during the past decade will also be analyzed. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/en\/la-fundacion-microfinanzas-bbva-lider-internacional-financiacion-al-desarrollo-tras-la-fundacion-billmelinda-gates\/\">OECD has recently presented its statistics on private philanthropy for development<\/a> (gross disbursement 2017-2018).<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/environment\/gfenv.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Forum on Environment<\/a> will be taking place on the 5<sup>th<\/sup> and 6<sup>th<\/sup> of March.
