Before more than a hundred members of the audience, BBVA Microfinance Foundation narrated how it uses an innovative way to drive its employees&#8217; talents using a game: \u2018Simon\u2019. \u201cWe created a virtual character that trains branch supervisors to manage high-performance teams committed to what we do: developing vulnerable entrepreneurs.\u201d That is how Fabi\u00e1n Goldberg, head of BBVAMF\u2019s Microfinance Campus &amp; Culture, described the initiative, before going on to talk about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/en\/llega-heroes-una-experiencia-interactiva-ensena-la-labor-social-las-microfinanzas\/\">\u2018H\u00e9roes\u2019<\/a>. In his words, \u201ca deeply engaging experience in the Foundation\u2019s purpose.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27461 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Fabian-Goldberg-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1147\" height=\"398\" \/>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Aside from BBVAMF, other companies and institutions also presented their projects in this field. Pernod Ricard\u2019s Learning &amp; Development manager, Cristina Mazarrasa, described a virtual \u2018agile coach\u2019 case study, while the head of Ferrovial\u2019s Internal Communication, Commitment &amp; Diversity department, Silvia L\u00e1zaro, talked about the multinational firm\u2019s experience with the game \u2018She\u2019, an interactive program that teaches participants to
