Digital transformation and financial health will be addressed in this year\u2019s edition.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbvaedufin.com\/en\/perfiles\/fabian-goldberg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fabi\u00e1n Goldberg<\/a>, head of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/en\/sector-development\/human-capital-training\/\">Microfinance Campus<\/a> and Culture in BBVA Microfinance Foundation (FMBBVA), joins the panel \u201cSmall Big Stories: screens that create opportunities\u201d, on July 11<sup>th<\/sup>. He will talk about \u2018H\u00e9roes\u2019, the Foundation\u2019s innovative tool for training its 8.000 employees, which inventively allows users to get a first-hand experience regarding its mission, so they can deliver more added value to the client.
