According to him, \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/en\/llega-heroes-una-experiencia-interactiva-ensena-la-labor-social-las-microfinanzas\/\">this tool allows a first-hand experience at the work of the microfinance officers<\/a>, <strong>who\u00a0 on a daily basis, approach our more than 2 million entrepreneurs<\/strong>, to attend to their financing needs, may it be microcredits, financial education or skills training, including savings and microinsurance.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4vOR722mw8o\" width=\"740\" height=\"400\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The player is given the chance to interact with a female rural entrepreneur to help her, while at the same time, training him\/her in basic behaviors such as empathy towards clients and value creation. Likewise, focus is also given on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/en\/sector-development\/\">Foundation\u2019s strategic lines, namely, process digitalization, women\u2019s empowerment or sustainability.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During this 10th edition of the Awards for Best Practices in Internal Communication, 86 organizations have participated with 130 entries in eight categories. In 2016,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/en\/the-amigotchi-program-one-of-the-10-most-innovative-social-initiatives-in-2016\/\"> CAF-Development Bank of Latin America, and Compromiso Empresarial magazine recognized \u2018Sim\u00f3n\u2019<\/a> as one of the 10 most innovative social initiatives of the
