Flores, Chief Executive Officer of the BBVA Microfinance Foundation, today met Ambassador Javier Paulinich, permanent secretary of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sela.org\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Economic System for Latin America &amp; the Caribbean (SELA)<\/a>, to talk about working areas of common interest.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting took place at the Foundation\u2019s headquarters in Madrid and focused on the region\u2019s economic development.
