{"id":22795,"date":"2018-12-26T17:20:35","date_gmt":"2018-12-26T16:20:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/en\/microfinanzas-desarrollo-iberoamerica\/"},"modified":"2019-01-14T12:03:02","modified_gmt":"2019-01-14T11:03:02","slug":"microfinanzas-desarrollo-iberoamerica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmicrofinanzasbbva.org\/en\/microfinanzas-desarrollo-iberoamerica\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cMicrofinance and development in Iberoamerica\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BBVA Microfinance Foundation participates in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.segib.org\/agenda\/iii-jornadas-de-seguridad-de-las-inversiones-en-iberoamerica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">III Symposium on \u201cLegal Security on Investments in Iberoamerica\u201d<\/a>, organized by the General Council on Notaries (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.notariado.org\/liferay\/en\/web\/notariado\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Consejo General del Notariado-CGN<\/a>), the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.exteriores.gob.es\/Portal\/es\/Ministerio\/FuncionesEstructura\/Organigrama\/Paginas\/SecretariaDeEstadoDeCooperacionInternacional.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">State Secretariat for International Cooperation and for Ibero-America and the Caribbean<\/a> (SECIPI-MAEC), and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.segib.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Iberoamerican General Secretariat<\/a> (SEGIB).<\/p>\n<p>The role of entrepreneurship and microfinance on sustainable development will be tackled on this session.<\/p>\n<p>On the 14th of January, head of Women\u2019s Empowerment in BBVAMF, Laura Fern\u00e1ndez Lord, participates in the \u201cWomen and girls in Ibero-American development policies and entrepreneurship\u201c round table, together with Esteban Guillermo, Entrepreneurship director at SEGIB, Ana Gallego, from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mjusticia.gob.es\/cs\/Satellite\/Portal\/es\/ministerio\/organigrama\/secretaria-estado-justicia\/direccion-general-cooperacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ministry of Justice\u2019s Office of International Legal Cooperation<\/a>, Max Trejo, from the <a href=\"https:\/\/oij.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ibero-American Youth Organization<\/a> (OIJ), Juan Claudio Abell\u00f3, from the <a href=\"https:\/\/ieavanzado.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Advanced Entrepreneurship Institute<\/a>, Francisco Blanco, from the Business Incubator Network at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urjc.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rey Juan Carlos University<\/a>, and Ana Bujald\u00f3n, from the <a href=\"https:\/\/mujeresdirectivas.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spanish Federation of Female Directors, Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs<\/a> (FEDEPE). Jos\u00e9 Antonio Riera, vice dean of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canarias.notariado.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Canary Islands\u2019 Notary College<\/a> will moderate.<\/p>\n<p>On the 15th of January 2019, BBVAMF\u2019s Analysis and Research director Giovanni di Pl\u00e1cido takes part in the round table entitled \u201cMicrofinance and development in Iberoamerica\u201d.
