The book “Comunicación Responsable: 36 casos prácticos y un informe sobre el estado de la Comunicación de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa” (Responsible Communication: 36 case studies and a report on the status of Corporate Social Responsibility Communication), compiles experiences, strategies and CSR communication activities that have transformed and improved the milieu. It includes a report about corporate social responsibility communication: review and diagnosis.
Responsible communication is an articulate example of the outcomes from a collaborative work among academics, professionals and institutions, a tendency to which the Communications sector should adhere. This would equip media professionals with skills that would help them be more efficient in performing their tasks.
The launching of this book, edited by LoQueNoExiste, includes a debate moderated by María Oña, Communications and External Relations director for BBVA Microfinance Foundation.
